I really love your set of movements. I enjoy doing them and put them as the most important thing in my daily life now. Some of them are difficult, not because of the pain, but because I do not have the good connection between the mind and the location of the body - I am building it. Thanks, Matt. Yesterday I did it! I was just at the end of my routine when I intuitively started to rotate my pelvis very slowly back and forth. I had my hands on the back extensors to increase the sensation and played around with the tension there.
